"FINCALC" is a Windows program designed to handle differing financial calcs related to investments and lending. The program acts like a loan calculator. It  will display and print loan amortization schedules. The investment portion of the program will compute future and present values and offers an investment tracking and analysis feature. This is an excellent mortgage program, plus it has other uses.
